1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India. We do not currently ship internationally. Export enquiries should be directed to electrostarcables@gmail.com.

2. Despatch lead time

• Ex-stock standard sizes: despatched within 2–4 working days of order acceptance (and, for bank transfer orders, of funds being confirmed).
• Made-to-order sizes, cut lengths and bulk drum quantities: 7–15 working days, confirmed to you in writing at the time of order acceptance.

3. Transit time

• Delhi NCR: 1–2 working days from despatch
• North India: 2–4 working days
• Rest of India: 4–8 working days

Cable is a heavy, bulky commodity moved by surface transport. Transit times are indicative and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the transporter, weather, road closure or force majeure are outside our control.

4. Freight charges

• Freight is charged at actual, as applicable, and is paid by the buyer to their destination.
• Freight is shown separately at checkout / on the invoice, before payment.
• GST at 18% is charged extra on all items and goods, and is billed separately.

Deliveries to remote locations, hill states and islands, and any requirement for crane or hydra unloading at site, may attract an additional charge which is quoted and agreed with you before despatch.

5. Delivery and unloading

Delivery is to the address given at checkout, at ground level. Unloading of coils and drums at site is the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure a person authorised to receive and sign for the goods is available at the delivery address.

If delivery fails because no one is available or the address is incorrect, redelivery is charged at the applicable freight rate.

6. Checking your consignment

Please inspect the consignment in the presence of the transporter. Record any visible damage, shortage or seal breakage on the transporter’s delivery note before signing, and notify us within 48 hours at electrostarcables@gmail.com. Claims for transit damage cannot be pursued once a clean receipt has been signed.

7. Tracking

The transporter name and consignment note (LR/GC) number are emailed to you on despatch.
